Philip MeglioPhilip brings to Bella’s many years of experience as a successful salon owner and stylist in New York and Florida. His passion has always been the hair and beauty industry. He has produced and organized several fashion and makeover shows and did stage make up for a theatre in his last hometown, Sarasota.
Phillip specializes in coloring, make up and skin care. He continues to this day to achieve the best looks for his clients and believes that together he can help create your own style and signature look.

Terry BolandTerry is originally from the Berkshires in Western Mass. When she relocated to the Villages FL in 2010, she brought with her 30 continuous years in the hairdressing profession. She began her Florida career at Shear Madness and is currently sharing her vast knowledge at Bella’s Hair Studio. Both salons are located in The Villages. The Villages and the Berkshires are tourist destinations affording Terry the opportunity to meet the need of clients from all over the world.
Terry has always believed in the benefits of attending professional seminars and continues to do so. This not only enables her to keep up with current trends including cutting, coloring, highlighting and perms, but also provides her with the knowledge and expertise to follow through and bring it to her clients. She has had over 25 years experience with both the Redken and Goldwell product lines.
In her off time, Terry is a member of the drum line with the Villages Twirlers and Drum Corp. She and her husband of 43 years, Jim, are the parents of two and grandparents of three. Together they enjoy participating in many of the numerous activities The Villages has to offer including bike riding, dancing and theater. In the four short years since relocating they think of The Villages as home.

Wanda CarreroWanda received her education in NYC where she worked for 25 years, 10 years of which she owned her own business. She specializes in color, highlighting, cutting and long dressing. “My goal is to make my guests feel and look younger!” With her creative eye, Wanda utilizes cut and color to bring out the vitality and radiance of each guest.
Wanda is a Redken Specialist, has attended multiple advanced classes at the Redken Exchange, including both “Color and Know Why” and “Cut and Know Why”. She truly enjoys what she does and enjoys sharing her unique vision as a Stylist Educator in the Salon.

Katrina SheaKatrina is a well-rounded stylist with a passion for creative color. She routinely keeps up to date with current trends. “The best part of my career is making people feel good about themselves. There is nothing like seeing a client walk out the door with a big smile on their face.” Katrina listens carefully to clients and offers professional opinions to achieve the best style for each person. Katrina was awarded the Honorable Mention in Fantastic Sam’s Artistic Color Awards for Color Palette. She is also a Chi Master Colorist.

Elayne RussoElayne has been a hairstylist for 37 years. She recently moved here from New Jersey, where she worked as a stylist/manager at Beachcomber Hairstylists, a six-salon chain, at the Jersey Shore and then at Premier Salon at Macy’s. She has attended classes there in Redken Coloring, Advanced Haircutting, and Goldwell Color as well as Salon Customer Service Skills. Elayne enjoys cutting, coloring and styling hair for women and men and strives to make each guest’s experience exemplary in customer service with attention to their personal needs and desires. Elayne believes, to possess the creativity to let people feel the beauty in themselves, is a true blessing. She especially enjoys performing a “Makeover Experience” and seeing her guest with a big smile when they leave Bella’s Salon.

Judy “JB” BrushinghamJudy moved to The Villages 6 years ago from Western New York where she owned and operated a salon for 38 years. She also taught Cosmetology at a vocational school there. To keep up with current techniques and styles she attended many classes in New York, Las Vegas, and Niagara Falls. She enjoys all aspects of her work and prides herself as a professional in cutting, coloring, highlighting or a new style – all to make you smile!

Jimanne FaulknerJimanne recently relocated to Florida from Indianapolis, Indiana where she spent most of her career as a hairstylist. She joined Bella’s Hair Studio last December and has enjoyed being with a professional salon that sells the top of the line hair products. Jimanne loves getting to know her clients, and strives to offer outstanding customer service. She listens to her clients needs and helps them select the best style by keeping up with the current trends.

Kim ThurmanKim is a high-energy creative hair stylist at Bella’s Hair Studio. She was born and raised in Ohio and is not only licensed in Florida, possesses a managing cosmetologist license from Ohio. She specializes in color, cuts, and customer service.
She has several years of beauty and design experience, and has remained cutting edge through a combination of experience and extensive on-going education. Kim holds a variety of certifications including REDKEN Specialist.
